Our doormats are stain, rot and mildew resistant, however they will fade a little over time if positioned in the sun. We suggest keeping it as dry as possible and giving your matt a good shake or vacuum every once in a while. The longevity of the doormat will depend on how vigorously you wipe your feet - wiping dirt and mud from work boots will obviously create the most wear and tear on the fibers.
