Our doormats are stain, rot and mildew resistant, however they will fade a little over time if positioned in the sun. We suggest keeping it as dry as possible and giving your matt a good shake or vacuum every once in a while. The longevity of the doormat will depend on how vigorously you wipe your feet - wiping dirt and mud from work boots will obviously create the most wear and tear on the fibers.
CUSTOMISATION
- Max 15 letters per line (including spaces) otherwise the font is too small to read
- If you would like a doormat that has a top and middle line of text, please email us to arrange
e.g. (top line, small bold font) THE
(middle line, large cursive font) Smiths
- We can also create a mat featuring your business name or logo - please contact us via email or facebook to arrange
- When indication what you would like printed on your doormat, please only use UPPERCASE if you want the doormat printed in uppercase. We will print the doormat exactly as you write it!

- If you would like to order more than one doormat, these can be ordered as one order so that you only have to pay one shipping fee; please clearly write the customisation in the Notes section, to go on each mat
- You don't have to use both lines of font i.e. both the cursive and bold fonts

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Should your mat arrive not as described we will happily exchange it for the correct mat.
